Delightfully Disparate

Under the title Delightfully Disparate artist Ayzit Bostan and photographer Fabian Frinzel offer an insight into the cabinet of curiosities of their mutual inspiration.

While both artists work individually and have different foci, they are united by an underlying conceptual approach.

In their collaborative projects they connect via a particular outlook on their environment, out of which a delightfully disparate space is born.

For the series Cabinet the two artists stage products and objects that they have a strong attachment to.

Thereby works are developed which are marked by an inspiring lightness and poetry.

The particular character of these objects expresses itself in a dialectic of proximity and distance.

Due to the inherent visual pull of the closeup views, the beholder is brought into direct contact with the beauty of things.
